Returns & Exchanges

We get it. Sometimes the plot twists.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

To begin a return, please contact us at info@losttheplotmedia.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through next steps. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please do not ship items to us without being approved for a refund; those refunds will not be processed. 

Restocking Fees

Good news: we do not charge restocking fees. No surprise plot twists here.

Final Sale

Some things are meant to be. Others are final sale.

Items from the SALE COLLECTION,  items purchased using any DISCOUNT CODES, and PERSONALIZED ITEMS, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any applicable tags or packaging intact.
